With the V50 Ultra Complete, you get a robot that combines advanced thermo-mopping, on-demand cleaning solution, and an impressive suction power of 24,000 Pa.

It uses FlexiRise™ navigation and StepMaster™ technology to move elegantly through your home – even where other robots give up. Whether it's steps, door sills, U-shaped furniture legs, or low areas under sofas and cabinets, the intelligent, retractable robot legs ensure that the V50 Ultra Complete always reaches its destination.

FlexiRise™ makes the robot an expert at picking up hidden dust and dirt. The retractable DToF sensor head provides a low profile, allowing it to effortlessly glide into very tight spaces and narrow hallways where dirt usually hides. At the same time, advanced AI SmartSight and a structured 3D light scanner map the home with precision, even in the dark, using built-in LED lights. An extra side-edge laser ensures that the robot reaches right up to edges and oddly shaped furniture without having to turn around or struggle with wires or carpets.

The powerful TurboForce7 motor system delivers market-leading suction power with low noise, and the HEPA self-cleaning function keeps the filter free from dust buildup, so suction power always remains strong. Together with three anti-tangle technologies – DuoBrush, a specially designed side brush, and an anti-tangle Omni-wheel – you avoid hair getting tangled, which has also been confirmed by TÜV SÜD.

When it comes to floor washing, the V50 Ultra Complete is in a class of its own. The mop rotates at up to 260 rpm in 50°C hot water, dissolving even tough food residues, oil stains, and spills. The DuoSolution™ system allows you to choose between general cleaning solution and a special pet odor remover based on N-Soya Morpholine, which eliminates odor at the source instead of just masking it.

The floating FlexiPress™ mopping technology adjusts pressure and angle, ensuring the robot maintains close contact with the surface, even if the floor is uneven. The result is both a cleaner floor and more efficient self-washing of the mop. The V50 Ultra Complete has been developed with a deep understanding of homes with pets.

The RGB camera detects dry, wet, and mixed stains and analyzes if there are animals nearby, then automatically adjusts its strategy. An advanced 5-channel sensor camera measures the degree of water contamination and automatically activates a self-wash with up to 80°C hot water before the robot returns to the area for an extra thorough cleaning.

In the accompanying base station, the JetSpray Dryboard™ works with 20 precise nozzles that efficiently distribute water, keeping both the mop and washboard clean. The OmniDry™ system dries the dustbin and dust bag to prevent mold, unpleasant odors, and moisture buildup, and dries the mop with 60°C air in one hour – followed by UV sterilization that eliminates 99.99% of bacteria. Everything happens automatically, including water refill, dust emptying, mop washing, and independent charging.

 Maneuverability is top-notch with FlexReach™ technology, which allows the side brush to extend to reach deep into corners, and FlexMop™ RoboSwing, which allows the mop to extend up to 4 cm further to remove dirt that traditional robots give up on.

CleanLift™ ensures that the robot lifts the mop and brushes at the right time, so carpets remain completely dry and are optimally treated. With advanced ultrasound, the V50 Ultra Complete even detects complex carpets and offers avoidance, extra suction power, full carpet cleaning, and automatic mop lift.

The strong 6,400 mAh battery capacity provides long operating time, and the robot returns to the station to charge and resumes cleaning where it left off. You can choose to charge during off-peak hours to save energy, and the robot also supports the Matter protocol, so it can be easily integrated with the rest of your smart home.
