Payment
Fnugfri.dk accepts payments with Dankort/VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Mastercard debit, ViaBill and MobilePay. Payment will only be debited from your account when the item is shipped.
All amounts are in DKK (Danish kroner) and include VAT.
Fnugfri.dk uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information cannot be read.
Delivery
Fnugfri.dk delivers on all weekdays within 1–2 business days for orders placed before 4:00 PM. Reservations are made for out-of-stock items and delayed delivery times from Fnugfri.dk's wholesalers.
Special conditions for in-store purchases
For in-store sales, there is no cash refund right, as the opportunity is given to examine the item before the transfer/risk transition occurs. The item must be returned in its original and unbroken packaging, as it must subsequently be able to be sold as new.
Right to complain
When you shop at Fnugfri.dk, you naturally have a 24-month right to complain. This means that, in principle, you can have the item repaired, exchanged, or receive a price reduction, depending on the specific situation.
Conditions for complaint: It is a prerequisite that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product, ordinary wear and tear, or other damaging behavior.
- Original defect: The defect must be present or have its origin at the time of delivery.
- Reasonable time: You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect. We recommend that you complain as soon as possible. If you complain within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint is always considered timely.
If your complaint is justified, we will refund your reasonable shipping costs for returning the item. The item must always be returned in proper packaging.

When returning, please describe the defect as detailed as possible and preferably include pictures.
Right of withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with current legislation. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you received your item — or the last item, if the order is delivered individually. You have the right to open the packaging and examine the product, but only to the extent necessary to determine its characteristics and function.
Withdrawal must be notified to us no later than 14 days after purchase, and the item must be returned no later than 14 days after the withdrawal has been communicated. Notification is given by email to info@fnugfri.dk.
You cannot cancel by simply refusing to receive the item without simultaneously giving clear notice thereof.

Returns
You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of withdrawal. You must bear the direct costs associated with returning and ensure that the item is properly packaged. Include a copy of the order confirmation.
You bear the risk for the item from the time of delivery until we have received it back. We do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery or delivered to a parcel shop.

Note: If you fail to pick up your delivery, it will automatically be sent back to us, and you will be charged a fee of DKK 60 for an uncollected package.
Condition of the item upon return: You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. In other words, you can test the item as you would in a physical store.
Refunds
If you regret your purchase, the amount paid will be refunded. Any reduction in value will be deducted. Delivery costs are not refunded. The refund will be made within 14 days from the date we received your notification of withdrawal, and using the same payment method as the purchase. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back.
In-store pickup
On the webshop, it is possible to reserve an item online and pick it up in the store. For in-store pickup, the same conditions apply as for physical sales in the store.
Uncollected packages
If your package is not collected, it will be returned to us, and you will be charged a fee of DKK 60. We will refund: order amount minus shipping and return fee of DKK 60.
Example: Item for DKK 100 + DKK 25 shipping = DKK 125 total. Refund: DKK 100 − DKK 60 = DKK 40.

To complete a purchase with us, we process the following information: name, address, telephone number, email address, and information about what you have purchased. The processing is carried out for the purpose of delivering the item and handling inquiries regarding your purchase, in accordance with our personal data policy for Fnugfri.dk.
